Small Rifle Primers
Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, cleaning firearms, or handling ammunition may result in exposure to lead and other substances known to cause birth defects, reproductive harm, and other serious physical injury. Have adequate ventilation at all times. Wash hands thoroughly after exposure.
Carless or incorrect handloading procedures can cause hazardous conditions resulting in serious personal injury. Handloading should be done only by competent adults after proper instruction. Always wear safety glasses when handloading or shooting. Follow all handling, use and storage instructions given by the handloading tool, powder, and primer manufacturers. Handle primers individually unless proper safeguards are provided and used. Do not use primer feed tubes unless the reloading equipment is shielded or designed to prevent or crushing of primers. Keep loading area free of primer dust. Clean loading area with damp cloth (NOT vacuum cleaner); rinse cloth thoroughly. Make sure all components are in good condition. Do not substitute components. Primers exposed to lubricants, chemicals, or excessive moisture may malfunction. Since handloading practices are beyond our control, we disclaim all liability for any damages which may result from reloading or use of ammunition reloaded with the primers in this box. When loading be sure to seat the primer firmly on the bottom of the primer pocket.
Primers may explode if subject to excessive force, percussion or heat; Do not smoke near primers. Store in this container only. Primers in bulk are capable of mass explosion.
Store primers in cool, dry environment away from static electricity, powder, explosives, solvents, gasoline and other ignitable substances.
