Black Sheep Return Policy
A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Return eligibility: Unused or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items damaged due to abuse, customer negligence, or misuse are not considered defective and are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items: Mouth calls, undergarments/base layers, inflatables, licenses, and permits.
Footwear: Footwear worn outdoors is not eligible for return unless it has a qualifying defect, such as leaking in waterproof boots or shoes, stitching issues, or sole separation.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible.
Return deadline: No merchandise returns will be accepted more than 30 days after the date of purchase. Returns are accepted in store at 200 W. Hanley Ave, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815.
