Use Hi Mountain Alaskan Salmon Brine mix for smoking, grilling or baking salmon and other fish. Your fish will be more juicy, tender and flavorful. Each packet makes one gallon of brine, a total of two gallons of brine can be made from one package.
Each brine package contains two packets of mix and easy to follow instructions.

Ingredients:
Salt, brown sugar, sodium nitrite (3.99%), sodium erythorbate (o.8%), caramel color, maple sugar, not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide added as an anti-caking agent.
