Our Original Mountain Man Breakfast Sausage blend is hearty, delicious and exactly the flavor you expect. Designed to mix with ground pork, or a combination of pork and beef or wild game.
Each kit seasons 24 lbs of meat, one lb at a time if you choose.
Ingredients:
Salt, dextrose, sugar, monosodium glutamate (4.1%), black pepper, red pepper, spice extractives.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure is not included and must be purchased separately - but don't worry, you can add bulk cure here, if you wish.
