An 800W heating element, rear-mounted fan, and horizontal airflow vents help ensure even drying. The temperature settings range from 95-176°F for dehydrating a variety of foods. Program the machine for what you need with an easy-to-use digital control panel that adjusts in 2° increments and set the timer for 30 minutes to 24 hours. The unit’s housing is made from long-lasting stainless steel, and the swinging door is made from transparent glass. This door opens wide for easy tray access and has a magnetic closure for quick opening/closing. Non-slip feet protect kitchen countertops and the 4' cord provides extra convenience.
