This high-capacity dehydrator features 19 sq. ft. of drying space, measures 17.32" long x 15.94" wide x 20.59" high, and includes 16 stainless steel trays (14.65" length x 11.7" width). A 1200W heating element, dual rear-mounted fans, and horizontal airflow vents help ensure even drying. The temperature settings range from 95-176°F for dehydrating a variety of foods. Program the machine for what you need with an easy-to-use digital control panel that adjusts in 2° increments and set the timer for 30 minutes to 24 hours. The unit’s housing is made from long-lasting stainless steel, and the swinging door is made from transparent glass. This door opens wide for easy tray access and has a magnetic closure for quick opening/closing. Non-slip feet protect kitchen countertops and the 4' cord provides extra convenience.
