To provide an optimal dehydrating experience, it has a chimney-like center that allows for even air flow and uniform drying of your meat and food. The five included trays measure 12" long x 9.13" wide x 0.63" high, for 3.5 square feet of drying space and are clear, allowing you to easily monitor your food while it is drying. To make operation more user-friendly, there is a digital display that has seven digital temperature presets (104°, 113°, 122°, 131°, 140°, 149°, 158°F), a 48-hour timer, and an auto shut-off for when dry time is complete.
